Smoking Ribs in July
Jul 25th
Just fired up the smoker. 4 lbs of ribs and 2 lbs of pork loin. In a couple of hours I am going to throw on some chicken wings and maybe finish on the grill. We will see. This is the first time to smoke wings.
Update…
All of the pork was great. The wings were good but not perfect. I think I should of fried them after smoking.
NC ‘10
Jul 12th
We had an awesome time up in North Carolina this year. We spent the week in Tuckasegee and did some sightseeing. We drove a short part of the Blue Ridge Parkway and spend some time in Smokey Mountain Nation Park just out side of Cherokee.

Just drove 12 hours. Usually takes 10 but the 3 year old and the 1 year old slow things down. Looking forward to the week here.
