
Just fired up the smoker. 4 lbs of ribs and 2 lbs of pork loin. In a couple of hours I am going to throw on some chicken wings and maybe finish on the grill. We will see. This is the first time to smoke wings.
Update…
All of the pork was great. The wings were good but not perfect. I think I should of fried them after smoking.
